* Roth’s "Lifetime Warranty" applies to all Roth Home, Ponderosa, or Earthsmart branded HVAC equipment. The Lifetime Warranty will remain in effect ONLY if, during the first 12 months after installation, the customer establishes consistent (minimum one per year) maintenance on the installed system. Maintenance is not required to be performed by Roth Home; however, maintenance must be performed by licensed and bonded business with established proof of service. The Lifetime Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the equipment, so long as they live in the same home, and at no time can the warranty be transferred ownership or location. The Lifetime Warranty only applies to goods and services paid for through Roth Home. Any additional products or systems installed void The Lifetime Warranty on all Roth, Ponderosa, or Earthsmart branded equipment.
